Envisage is a leading edge technical developer. Originally founded by experts in satellite applications and development, Envisage was created to bring the benefits of the space age to a new and wider audience.
Our skills in satellite technology and situational awareness, matched by our diligent focus on the needs of our clients, means that we develop services and products that provide our users better information so they can make smarter decisions.
We bring together a wider network of specialists, including physical and social scientists, technologists, media and marketing experts, e-commerce and law amongst others to develop our products and services. Our partnerships focus on new ideas for smart city and smart nation applications that bring solutions to many of today's problems.
We are proud to be working on projects with the European Space Agency and other partners to develop interesting new opportunities in established markets ranging from tourism to energy provision. Innovation is in our DNA
People are at the core of all that we do at Envisage Space. From its inception, Envisage has cultivated a culture of innovation, bringing together people from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of skills (both in-house and through strategic partnerships) to develop new concepts and technology.
Our CEO and co-founder, Terry McLarney,has experience of working in both the public and private sectors, including UK police and local government, tourism and lately in the space technology sector. A physics graduate, his passion is to bring better situational awareness to end users so that they can make more informed decisions.
Our Chief Innovation Officer and co-founder, Alan McLarney, has many years experience of working in the space sector, providing innovative space based solutions to real world problems. With a masters in Astronautics and Space Engineering, Alan wants to use his skills and experience towards developing a smarter and better world.
