ABOUT US
Envisage Space Ltd is a UK based SME working in the thriving space sector. We are specialists in satellite technology and data applications. We have developed expertise in Earth Observation and Global Navigation Satellite Service (GNSS – GPS, Galileo, etc) technologies.
Our current product in development is GNSS augmentation software which enables improved GNSS performance in complex & built-up environments, such as cities. We are excited to be working on a project with the European Space Agency’s NAVISP (Navigation Innovation Programme) and other partners to develop and integrate our technology into GNSS dependent systems – with user cases for both static and mobile settings. For the mobile applications, we are working with Cranfield University to integrate our technology onto a mobile autonomous rover. The fusion of our data with the rover’s onboard systems allows for improved performance in complex environments.
The potential of our technology offering for GNSS dependent systems crosses many industry types, which we are actively exploring.

OUR PEOPLE
People are at the core of all that we do at Envisage Space. From its inception, Envisage has cultivated a culture of innovation, bringing together people from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of skills (both in-house and through strategic partnerships) to develop new concepts and technology.
Our CEO and co-founder, Terry McLarney,has experience of working in both the public and private sectors, including UK police and local government, tourism and lately in the space technology sector. A physics graduate, his passion is to bring better situational awareness to end users so that they can make more informed decisions.
Our Chief Innovation Officer and co-founder, Alan McLarney, has many years experience of working in the space sector, providing innovative space based solutions to real world problems. With a masters in Astronautics and Space Engineering, Alan wants to use his skills and experience towards developing a smarter and better world.
